PLEASE READ THIS FIRST: Early Bird registration ends May 1st. ($20.00 for first registration, $10.00 for every additional child up to $40.00). After May 1st, registration is $25.00 + $10.00 for every additional child, up to $55.00. Final registration deadline is June 5th.

Please put the grade level your child is entering into Fall 2024. If you are a volunteer and registering your child 0-3 years old, please select Nursery.

Children who are starting in Preschool must be 4 years old by the time school starts or contact us at VBS@bozemanumc.org for special accomodations.
Please put the age your child will be on 6/10/2024 Please put the birth date in 00/00/00 format.

I, parent/guardian of the above registered children, give my child(ren) permission to accompany their Vacation Bible School group at the VBS campus that is assigned to the child. The volunteers will have a mandatory background check. I understand that while on the property of any of the VBS campuses, my child will be covered by that church's liability insurance if something were to go wrong with the building or equipment that belongs to that building. I further expressly authorize and consent to any medical care by qualified medical personnel for my child, if necessary, because of illness or injury.

Our churches give toward this important ministry through our offerings. Before May 15th, a suggested family contribution of $20 first child ($10 per additional child with a $40 family maximum) would help defray some of our daily costs (tshirts, craft, rec & science supplies, snacks). Additional contributions are helpful! After May 15th, we suggest a $25 first child and $10 additional child, up to $55. You can enter a donation amount below. Please note: if you are registering more than 1 child - click the box "1st Child - $20" then on your next registration "2nd Child - "$10" then on a 3rd registration "3rd Child - $10" and finally with 4th or more registrations "4th Child - $0". To pay by check select CHECK DONATION for the total amount due to BUMC and put "VBS Registration for {name of children}" in the memo. Mail to 121 S. Willson Bozeman, MT 59715. You may also put "Scholarship Requested" (Not to exceed $50) and be added to our scholarship list.
