Our annual 406 Fall youth retreat is now called IGNITE and will be hosted at Bozeman United Methodist Church this year on October 15-17! You won't want to miss this unforgettable long weekend filled with lively worship, deep spiritual conversations, crazy youth group games, a missions project, and an afternoon at Jump Time with our friends from all over the state. Registration covers lodging and meals at the church + admission to Jump Time.
**YOUTH LEADERS: Please reach out to Rin if you are thinking about bringing a group of students to IGNITE. Lodging is free at BUMC, and gas vouchers are available to make this retreat affordable for churches with little to no youth ministry budget!

Liability Release & Consent to Medical Treatment
I, parent/guardian of the above registered student, give the above named student permission to accompany their youth leaders to IGNITE Youth Retreat at Bozeman United Methodist Church and the surrounding area and amenities in the Gallatin Valley. I understand that while traveling, my student will be riding in a vehicle driven by a staff member or volunteer with insurance coverage that meets their church's requirements for youth trips. I understand that while on Bozeman UMC's property, my student will be covered by Bozeman UMC's liability insurance if something were to go wrong with the building or equipment that belongs to the building. I understand that my student will be covered by my own health insurance plan if they become sick or injured while at IGNITE for causes unrelated to building or equipment failure. I further expressly authorize and consent to any medical care by qualified medical personnel for my student, if necessary, because of illness or injury.
IGNITE staff and youth group leaders would like to take pictures and videos of the retreat to share on relevant social media and website pages for Bozeman UMC, other participating churches, and the Mountain Sky Annual Conference. If you would like your student not to be featured in photos or videos, you may opt out below.
